The Problem

Anyone who manages multiple companies, shareholdings, or a family of corporate groups knows the challenge: the relationships between different legal entities are complex. Which company holds what percentage in which other entity? How intricate is the private wealth structure? And who is ultimately the economic owner – this is often difficult to see clearly, especially when dealing with multiple layers and varying shareholding ratios.

This is exactly where Billionaire.sh comes in. With our new holding structure visualization feature, we make the invisible visible.

The Solution

Holding structures are the classic organizational form for corporate groups: at the top sits a central holding company, with all other entities grouped underneath. Billionaire.sh allows you to visualize this structure directly in the app – not as a boring table, but as an interactive, visual diagram.

At a glance, you can see:

  • The parent company and its direct shareholdings
  • Multi-layered hierarchies with sub-holdings
  • Exact shareholding percentages (e.g., "Company B holds 30% in Company C")
  • Private wealth relationships and their connection to the corporate structure- How private assets flow through holding structures

What's Coming Next

We are currently working on advanced features for the visualization module. After launch, users will be able to:

  • Multi-level layouts – not just hierarchies, but also peer-to-peer shareholdings and circular structures
  • Automatic layout calculations – the app automatically arranges complex structures instead of requiring manual arrangement
  • Detailed views and drill-down – click on an entity to see details such as assets, liabilities, cash flows, and transactions
  • Export and sharing – export structures as PDF or interactive HTML to share with partners, authorities, or your tax advisor
  • Simulation and scenarios – "what-if" analyses: how does the structure change if you enter into a new shareholding or shift assets around?
